After a great weekend for all Gooners, we suddenly start thinking about a top 4 finish. Does one victory turn everything around?
I certainly believe so, but this could also be our "Keep the faith" optimistic side. Like when we reached the Carling Cup final we had a weight lifted off our shoulders. Many of us were relieved. I heard talks of finally, our long awaited trophy drought is now over, this was said as soon as we heard who our opponents are.
Is the same thing happening now? I just got back from the local deli and chatted to a fellow Gooner and said 'we will be right back in it, especially after our next 5 games are practiaclly walkovers'. There's no such thing as a walkover in the Premiership and Chelsea proved that after their humiliating loss to QPR.
I think what we need is get behind our boys and take it one game at a time. The only important game at the moment is the next one?
Gooner out.... for now
Let me know what you guys think.
